Innsbruck Physics Colloquium

The Innsbruck Physics Research Center organizes the Innsbruck Physics Colloquium always on Tuesdays at 17:15 in lecture hall A during the semester. If not stated otherwise the lectures will take place as hybrid lecture. Please take note that the 3G rule applies for the HS A.  

Occasionally the colloquium will be preceded by a Doctoralprogramme Atoms, Light, and Molecules Pre-Talk at 16.30.

The main lecture will be “The beginning of gravitational wave astronomy: current state and future” and the speaker is Nobel-Prize laureate Rainer Weiss from the MIT and the LIGO collaboration. For more details click here.
